Rapist Finds Out Victim is HIV Positive, Collapses From Shock

In a case of karma rearing its head, a man from the United Kingdom collapsed when police officers informed him that the woman he had raped was HIV positive.

According to Gawker, Richard Thomas broke into the home of the victim and raped her while she slept.

Thomas claimed to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol during the attack and said he had no recollection of the rape taking place. He did, however, believe the woman's story.

Prior to being sentenced to over five years in prison, Thomas was informed by the police that the victim was HIV positive.

Thomas collapsed after hearing the news and asked to be tested immediately...once he came to, of course.
