Jury Dismissed Because They Couldn’t Stop Laughing at Defendant’s Penis Size

Knowing you have a small penis is one thing. Having a room full of people laugh at your reportedly small penis is something completely different.

Publicist Max Clifford is currently on trial in England for sexual assault. There are seven women testifying against him.

During her testimony, one woman described meeting Clifford in 1983, when she was only 17 years old. That's when things got a little humorous (no pun intended) in the courtroom, according to The Guardian:

The woman said in her evidence she thought Clifford was well-endowed and his penis was very large. "I had only seen one before, I had never seen one in that proximity and that situation."

The court has heard claims that his penis is "tiny" and no more than two-and-a-half inches when erect. When Richard Horwell QC, defending, asked her about the issue, the woman remarked: "I have a small mouth. I do, my dentist has always said."

This statement sent the jury into a fit of laughter, which led them to be dismissed only a few moments later.

Let's be honest, though...if you're on trial for sexual assault and SEVEN women are testifying against you, the jury laughing at your penis size should be the least of your worries.
