Kroll’s Diner Bismarck Marathon Afterglow

26.2 miles, 5 fabulous ladies, tons of mosquitoes, a lot of fun and the 2014 Kroll's Bismarck Marathon is complete for hundreds of participants this year including me!

I thought the new course was great, it was nice not only to run along the river but to run over the bridges into Mandan.

I was leg #3 and it was a challenging 4.2 miles form Dacotah Speedway looping into Mandan and ending at Raging Rivers. Plus Matt Bingham and the Fox FJ were blasting tunes along my leg...SWEET!

This was the second time that I have run the relay, and the last time was 2009 (pre-babies) .. Perhaps I should have trained a bit more but I can say that we are all ready for next year. So, Mark your calendar's for September 19th, 2015.
