Earlier today, "The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" discussed the video of an Australian news anchor's unique way of describing a cute cat video.
That was funny, but at least it kind of made sense.
This video, though, not so much.
Earlier today (March 18th), a helicopter crashed into Seattle's Space Needle. While TV stations raced to cover the story, one station in Denver decided to show a picture of the accident from their producer's Twitter feed, which also happened to contain a penis.

As a member of the media, I can honestly say that we've all made mistakes. Sometimes, it's a simple as mispronouncing a word. Other times, you accidentally drop the F-bomb on live TV, like AJ Clemente. And, if you're Flint, MI reporter Siobhan Riley, you mistakenly identify a construction zone with a phallic symbol.
