Denver TV Station Accidentally Shows Penis During Seattle Helicopter Crash Coverage [NSFW]

Earlier today (March 18th), a helicopter crashed into Seattle's Space Needle. While TV stations raced to cover the story, one station in Denver decided to show a picture of the accident from their producer's Twitter feed, which also happened to contain a penis.

Fox 31 - KDVR in Denver, Colorado, aired the photo of male genitalia as someone scrolled through other pictures on the Twitter feed.

The absolute shock on the faces of three of the four anchors is amazing. The fourth, who seems to be the one manning the penis-revealing iPad, continues with the broadcast, like there wasn't just a flaccid male organ on TV screens across Denver.
