The Burleigh County Sheriff's Department is investigating an incident at a rifle range south of Bismarck that left one person dead Sunday morning (10/16).

Applications for the 2015 Deer gun season are due tomorrow, June 3rd. As stated earlier the bad news is there are fewer licenses than last year. North Dakota's Game and Fish Department says 43,275 licenses will be available this fall. The lowest number since 1978 and 4,725 less than last year.
