Teddy Roosevelt Day Sunday, September 27th at McDowell Dam

If you are looking for a fun FREE outdoor activity for the kids this Sunday, September 27th stop by McDowell Dam between 1-4 p.m. for Teddy Roosevelt Day.

This event is intended to encourage love for the great outdoors and includes hands on activities including  archery, BB gun shooting, fishing, animal identification, prizes and more.

The first 750 kids who attend also receive a free Teddy Roosevelt patch.

Sponsors include North Dakota game and fish, ND Chapter of Wildlife Society, Scheels all Sports, Ducks Unlimited Delta Waterfowl and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Other Sponsors include 4H, Girl Scouts USA and Boys Scouts of America.
