Illinois resident Erin James had reason to celebrate: Her DUI suspension from 2012 was about to end, which is great. What isn't great is how James decided to celebrate.

James was arrested for driving under the influence, after going out and getting hammered to celebrate the return of her license. According to the press release, James blew almost twice the legal limit and was driving a vehicle that didn't have a breathalyzer in it, which she shouldn't have been.

James will now go in front of a judge once again, which means were license will more than likely be suspended again. Maybe next time, she'll celebrate with a designated driver.
