If you have travel plans for Valley City, Fargo, Grand Forks or Devils Lake, these are just some of the cities in this Winter Storm Watch for all of Eastern North Dakota and parts of SE & NE North Dakota.  Not a lot of snow is expected but wind will be the main issue.  Blizzard Conditions are possible.  Here's the latest from the NWS.

...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible for a brief period. Total
  snow accumulations of up to two inches possible. Winds could
  gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
  southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
  the visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the
  morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills
  as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin
  in as little as 10 minutes.
