A reported homicide has the Williston police searching for answers and they need your help.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, police received a report of a homicide in Williston on Saturday, though they haven't confirmed the report. They also haven't found a body.

Right now, police are looking for a mattress that they think could be evidence in the investigation. They believe the mattress may have been dropped off on the roadside, somewhere between Williston and Minot.

UPDATE [JAN 29TH @ 12:24PM]: Williston police say they have located the mattress, which they consider to be a vital piece of evidence in their investigation.

Police have still not confirmed or denied whether or not they have a body or suspect.

UPDATE [JAN 29th @ 3:03PM]: According to The Bismarck Tribune, a suspect has been arrested, after a body was discovered underneath a discarded mattress along US 1804.

Tovias Carrillo is charged with murder and two counts of terrorizing. He's being held on $1 million bond.
