I'm a habitual knuckle-cracker. What can I say, I like the way it feels, but am I doing harm to my hands by doing it? Finally, we have the answer.

The folks over at Vox put together the above video to explain exactly what is happening when you crack your knuckles or any other part of your body.

Ultimately, I think the main thing to take away from this video is the fact that cracking your knuckles may not be as harmful as we're often led to believe. For years, I've been told that cracking my knuckles will lead to brutal arthritis later in life, but this video says that may not be the case.

That said, keep on cracking, people!
