It's no secret that Shailene Woodley is against the Dakota Access Pipeline, but on Monday, October 10th, the actress was arrested for trespassing. 

Woodley, along with approximately 100 other protesters, were on a construction site of the Dakota Access Pipeline performing a peaceful protest. According to Woodley's live Facebook video, they began to leave when asked by officers.

According to Morton County Police, Woodley and 26 other protesters were arrested. Twenty-five of the arrests, including the 'Divergent' star, were for criminal trespass. The other two are facing felony charges for chaining themselves to construction equipment.

On Sunday, a federal court rejected the Standing Sioux Tribe's request to halt Dakota Access Pipeline construction.
