If you bought the Skechers shake-ups toning shoes and you want your money back, you are not the only one! $40 million in checks are in the mail to customers who bought the shoes because the Federal Trade Commission has determined that Skechers USA used deceptive advertising to sell shoes. Really?!

First of all, if you bought a shoe to help you tone and lose weight....not sure what you were thinking? It is not the shoe that does that, it is the physical activity! The moral of the story is, don't believe every commercial you see....and try and get you money back!
