If you're down for taking a road trip this weekend, New Belgium's Tour de Fat live music and craft beer festival is the place to be.

This Saturday, Tour de Fat comes through Minneapolis, MN. It will take place at Cabooze Plaza, and begins at 4 p.m. The festival benefits Midtown Greenway Coalition and there will be plenty of brews poured, along with lots of live acts performing.

New Belgium's year-round display of beers will be sampled, such as Fat Tire Belgian Style Ale, Voodoo Ranger IPA, Citradelic Tangerine IPA, and Dayblazer Easygoing Ale.

Several live acts will take the stage at the event. The live performers are a mix of musicians, circus performers, vaudeville acts, magicians, comedians, and mind-blowing provocateurs. There's a fashion show, dance contest, and slowest bike race (the bike rider who finishes last wins, just so long as they never put a foot down off their bike).

Live music acts include Minneapolis' own garage rocker, Monica LaPlante and The Record Company.
