Playboy recently published a map, entitled 'The Most Popular Fictional Character from Every State,' and they think Jay Gatsby is the most popular from North Dakota. Luckily for Gatsby, there isn't much competition.

Fictional characters galore call states like New York and California home, but only a handful hail from The Peace Garden State.

    Born Cooper G. McBride in Crosby, North Dakota, Low-Light made his first appearance with 'G.I. Joe' in 1986, when Hasbro released him as an action figure.
