Tattoo Forced on Toddler by Mother [VIDEO]

A shocking new video has surfaced on the Internet that shows a mother holding a child down, believed to be about 3 years old, and forcing him to get a tattoo. As a mother of a toddler, this footage absolutely turned my stomach. I have tattoos of my own and it was painful to get them - I can't even imagine the pain for a small child.

What kind of person can physically restrain a child and force that kind of pain on them? Makes me sick.
