ABC News reports authorities had scheduled John T. Earnest to appear in ciurt Tuesday afternoon to face a set of charges including murder.

Prosecutors say day after purchasing an assault rifle, John Earnest allegedly stormed a Passover service at the Chabad of Poway near San Diego.
