I've wanted to feature this home for awhile.  I brought you a Williston home for sale as "the most expensive home" for sale in North Dakota currently a few months back.  An absolute gorgeous home that was for listed at  $3,000,000.  That's right 3 million dollars.  It has since come off the market and that means we have a new home with the dubious title as "The most expensive home currently for sale" in North Dakota.

Now, there is a home that is for sale that's more expensive near Antelope Lake, but that comes with a ton of farm land to go with it.  So, that's why I excluded it in this review.

North Dakota's most expensive home currently for sale is located at 730 Sakakawea Estates Road, Lot 49, Pick City, North Dakota.  This home will set you back $2,995,000.  It's a mere 58 miles from Bismarck.  This home is 11,000 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  It's a "walk out" style ranch home that features a game room, an inside pool, an ELEVATOR and a bar area that holds 200 bottles of wine.  It also features a 125-75 finished shop area.  Got a bus?  It will fit, as you will see in the pictures below.  It also has an over-sized 3 car garage with plenty of a room?   The master bedroom features not one, but TWO walk in closets.  I'm guessing my significant other would still take both closets.  lol  The property has a gated entrance for security and a fully fenced yard.  Of course, you have shoreline on Lake Sakakawea, one of North Dakota's best Walleye lakes and a boat dock.  In the event you lose power not to worry, you have two back up generators.

Yep, this property has it all.  Well, except one thing that would be a deal breakers for me for a lake property.  No wood finishing?  No pine, cedar, etc.  Something I would need for my lake place.  Yes, I know I'm being very picky.  I guess I would like to see more of a traditional lake property feel to it.  However, if you got the coin, play a little piano and like a more "modern" look to your lake home, this is your place.  Enjoy the photos.
