Thanks to the wildfires that continue to rage in northern Canada, North Dakota currently has the most unhealthy air in the United States.

According to KX News, high-altitude winds blowing smoke from northern Canada are causing the unhealthy air levels in Bismarck, Minot, and Fargo.

Since the beginning of the day, though, much of the unhealthy air has moved into Minnesota.

Current forecasts show that the smoke should diminish over the western part of the state throughout the day today. However, the air pattern brining the smoke could return Sunday night, July 5th, according to KX News.
