This Saturday, October 24th, the North Dakota State Bison will attempt to bounce back from their loss to South Dakota when they travel to Terre Haute, IN, to take on Indiana State. Unfortunately, they will be without their star quarterback.

According to InForum, quarterback Carson Wentz is dealing with a wrist injury that will keep him off the field for 6-8 weeks.

Wentz has been, without a doubt, the Bison's most valuable player this season, throwing for over 1,400 yard and 16 touchdowns in the team's first six games.

Wentz met with a physician Tuesday morning, October 20th, and it was confirmed that he had a broken bone in his wrist. Redshirt freshman Easton Stick will be under center for the Bison on Saturday in Indiana. Stick has appeared in just two games this season and has yet to throw a pass.

The Bison and the Sycamores will take the field this Saturday in Terre Haute. Kickoff is at 12 p.m.
