Miss North Dakota Will be Crowned This Weekend

Pageant season is in full swing. We just had the Miss USA Pageant but later this year we will be looking for Miss America.

In order to crown a Miss America, each state needs to crown its own representative first. Halley Maas is Miss North Dakota USA which is different from Miss North Dakota. Maas did not make the Top 15 in this past Sunday's Miss USA pageant.

The Miss America Pageant takes place in September. The Miss North Dakota pageant will take place this Saturday, June 11 in Williston. This will be the 30th year that the Miss North Dakota pageant is taking place in Williston.

A Miss Teen North Dakota will be crowned this weekend as well.

There is a whole week of events leading up to the finals. Miss North Dakota will be named on Saturday night and Miss Teen North Dakota will be announced on Sunday afternoon.
