Maryland Governor Does His Best Ron Burgundy Impression

'Anchorman' is easily one of the most quotable films of all-time. There's no denying that at some point you've quoted it and maybe even acted out an entire scene. Luckily, you haven't done it in front of thousands of viewers, like Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley.

During his State of the State address last night (Jan 23rd), O'Malley pulled a Ron Burgundy and read EVERYTHING on the teleprompter. Luckily, O'Malley only said "Conclusion", as opposed to "Go F*CK yourself, Maryland!"

You can tell that O'Malley immediately noticed his mistake because he smiles while wrapping up the speech.
