Mandan’s OktoberFest Is A GO!

If you're a fan of Mandan's OktoberFest, great news!  This event is ON like Donkey Kong.  The Mandan Progress Organization (MPO) is moving forward to host a fan favorite event with COVID-19 safety measures in place.  This event like every other one in 2020 was in question, but we are pleased to tell you it's on, and you won't have to worry about the elements this year as well.

According to a press-release from Mandan Progress Organization, OktoberFest Mandan is beer tasting limieted-ticket event that will feature dozens of exotic brews and perfectly paired appetizers.  McQuades Distributing, Jerome Distributing and Main Street Drive Thru Liquor & Coffee will be serving up more than 16 craft beers.  The Baymont is serving hot and hearty apps for people to enjoy, and to go perfectly with your suds.

Mandan Progress Organization's Director Del Wetsch said, "We have been considering an indoor alternative for some time," "Fall events are always a challenge with unpredictable weather and this year, COVID has led to changes that include ways to manage attendance."  The Beer Tasting will take place from 3-6 pm on Saturday, September 26th at The Harvest Event Center located at 308 W Main Street in Mandan.  The bar closes early so attendees have time to frequent your favorite Mandan dinner and dessert spots.

Tickets are $30 dollars in advance and $40 at the door.  Tickets are available for purchase on line at https://oktoberfestmandan.eventbrite.com and in store at Buffalo Commons Brewery, Dialectic, Laughing Sun Brewing and Main Street Drive Thru Liquor.
