50 states. 50 Iron Man distance triathlons. 50 days. One man is doing just that to raise awareness to stamp out child obesity in the US and he'll be in Bismarck on July 21st.

The 'Iron Cowboy' James Lawrence is currently in the middle of his 50-50-50 tour, which began in Hawaii on June 6th, 2015. In each state, Lawrence completes a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile run.

50 states, 50 triathlons, in 50 days. 50-50-50.

100% of the donations raised during Lawrence's trek will be donated to The Jamie Oliver Food Foundation, which is a non-profit that works to bring food education to schools and youth groups, businesses and communities. You can learn more about the foundation HERE.

During his stop in Bismarck on July 21st, which will be the 46th state in his journey, the public is invited to join Lawrence for a friendly fun run 5K at 7 p.m. at Cottonwood Park. You can pre-register now by clicking HERE.
