It's probably a good thing that his holiday landed on the weekend because today is National Beer Day!

According to Punchbowl.com, National Beer Day is celebrated on April 7th because on this date in 1933, FDR signed a law that allowed people to brew their own beer and sell beer as long as it was below 4.0% ABV. So, in honor of the beginning of the end of prohibition, we celebrate National Beer Day!

So, go out today and enjoy a few ice cold brews. I could give you a suggested list of beers but I just don't have that kind of time...and I have beers to drink.
