Fox Future Classic: Taddy Porter “Fever”

It's time for another installment of Fox Future Classics. This is where we feature a song from a band that we think may just make it to the airwaves of the Fox sometime down the road.

Stillwater, Oklahoma's Taddy Porter formed in 2007 and have traveled the country, spewing out their signature style of bluesy rock 'n' roll. Their latest album, "Stay Golden", hit shelves last week and the first single, "Fever", is climbing up the charts.

In a sea of cookie-cutter rock bands, Taddy Porter differentiates themselves with their live show. It is by far one of the most entertaining and fun shows I've seen in my however-many-years of doing radio. Not only are they tight but you can tell that they're having a good time doing what they love. When so many other bands just go through the motions, Taddy Porter put every ounce of their energy into their show and you can tell. There are very few bands that I would make it a point to see every time they came to town and Taddy Porter is one of them.
