We've shared quite a few science-related things lately, including what happens when you pour beer into a hot frying pan, but this one tops them all. Say 'Hello!' to ferrofluid.

According to Wikipedia:

ferrofluid (portmanteau of ferromagnetic and fluid) is a liquid which becomes strongly magnetized in the presence of a magnetic field.

Basically, ferrofluid exhibits both solid and liquid properties. A magnetic field can cause ferrofluids to change from a liquid to a solid.

It seems so simple, yet I can't stop watching it. I may even try to create my own ferrofluid. Look for that video later.
