Ever Feel Like Just “Destroying Things” Here In Bismarck?

I have some SMASHING good news for you!

Almost a year ago I wrote a story about a brand new business in Minot that, get this, was promoting and encouraging EVERYONE to come on out to their place and DESTROY things! "Let's Destroy It" - 300 30th Ave NW Suite B, Minot, ND  

So, if you didn't get a chance to read the article, and you are having a hard time grasping the meaning of "Destroying", let me BREAK it down for you.

Crystal and Shaun started this business a year ago to help people who struggle with Mental Health. I remember talking to her last year, I had a million questions, for one, "How in the heck did you come across this aggressive, innovative way of...well exercise?" Her goal was to have a place people, businesses, and even families of all ages could come to let their hair down, and relieve themselves of life's frustrations - by destroying things.

As you can see, baseball bats are part of the fun - The size of her 12 by 15 room is suited for you to pick up a weapon of destruction - ( hammers, sledgehammers, golf clubs, etc ). Great news, you don't need to make a trip to Minot to find yourself bashing whatever it is you want to be bashed!

If you are in the Bismarck area please tell your friends, family, and coworkers! We don’t want to drive down just to pay for the gas!..."
