The 2018 NFL Draft happened over the weekend. Here's a look at how the two teams that dominate North Dakota's football fan base graded.

According to NFL Draft Analyst Chad Reuter of NFL.com, both the Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings graded exceptionally well in this year's draft.

Here's how Reuter graded the Philadelphia Eagles draft:

Day 1 grade: A
Day 2 grade: A
Day 3 grade: A
Overall grade: A

The Eagles ended up trading out of the first round which paid off when they snagged Dallas Goedert at 49th overall in the second round. Goedert is a tight end out of South Dakota State, who has earned comparisons from his style of play to that of Jimmy Graham. Carson Wentz will have another offensive weapon that he's familiar with, given that NDSU and SDSU are both in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.

With the 125th pick overall, the Eagles may have found their replacement for Daryl Worley with Avonte Maddox, a cornerback out of Pittsburgh. The Eagles may have pulled off a steal in the fourth-round by picking defensive end Josh Sweat out of Florida State. Many teams had him scouted as having first-round talent, but medical concerns dropped his stock entering the draft.

The Eagles overall draft choices are here:

South Dakota State TE Dallas Goedert (49th overall), Pittsburgh CB Avonte Maddox (125th overall), Florida State DE Josh Sweat (130th overall), TCU OT Matt Pryor (206th overall), OT Jordan Mailata (233rd overall).

The Minnesota Vikings also graded well:

Day 1 grade: A
Day 2 grade: B+
Day 3 grade: A
Overall grade: A-

The Vikings needed a replacement for Terrance Newman and may just have found that with their first-round pick with cornerback Mike Hughes out of Central Florida with the 30th overall pick. The Vikings grabbed two defensive ends that could be great pass rushers with Jalyn Holmes from Ohio State in the third-round and Ade Aruna out of Tulane in the sixth-round. Central Michigan's Tyler Conklin is an underrated tight end they picked up at 157th overall.

The Vikings overall draft choices were:

UCF CB Mike Hughes (30th overall), Pittsburgh OT Brian O'Neill (62nd overall), Ohio State DE Jalyn Holmes (102nd overall), Central Michigan TE Tyler Conklin (157th overall), Auburn K Daniel Carlson (167th overall), Appalachian State OG Colby Gossett(213th overall), Tulane DE Ade Aruna (218th overall), Cal LB Devante Downs (225th overall).
