A TransAsia Airways plane clipped a bridge and crashed into a river shortly after takeoff from a Taipei airport Wednesday morning, February 4th.

The dramatic footage, which you can see above, shows the plane come in, catch the side of the bridge, and continue its descent into Taipei's Keelung River.

According to BBC News, 58 people were aboard the plane at the time of the crash. So far, 15 survivors have been pulled from the wreckage, while 12 are still missing. A crane was used to pull the fuselage out of the river.

This is the second TransAsia ATR-72 to crash in seven months, according to BBC News. In July of 2014, an ATR-72 crashed, killing 48 and injuring 15.
