North Dakota is filled with rich history and CBS News chose to take a look inside one of the state's most fascinating pieces of history.

The Oscar-Zero Nuclear Site, otherwise known as Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile Site is a former command center and missile launch facility that was an integral part of U.S. military operations during the Cold War.

The site was decommissioned in the 1990s and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

The State Historical Society of North Dakota now oversees the site and anyone is allowed to go and take a tour.

For those who don't want to make the trip or want to get a preview before taking the trip, CBS News, took a peek inside and you can watch the short three minute video above.
