Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz recently returned home to Bismarck and we were lucky enough to have him stop by the Townsquare Media studios for an exclusive interview.

Wentz is currently in the middle of his first ever NFL offseason, which has seen him bounce around the country as he prepares for his upcoming rookie season.

During the ten minute interview, which you can see in its entirety above, Wentz covers everything from what it feels like to return to his hometown as an NFL quarterback to what he's learned from his new Eagles teammates.

The former NDSU quarterback also discusses his first foray into embarrassing off-the-field stories, the first of which involved getting locked in a gas station bathroom in New Jersey.

At the end of the interview, Wentz has a special message for all of his fans in Bismarck-Mandan. He'll also have a big announcement for his fans in Bismarck-Mandan in the coming weeks, which you'll only hear about on the stations of Townsquare Media.

The next phase of Wentz's offseason is Philadelphia Eagles training camp, which begins later this month.
