A quick traffic tip for folks that live and work near the Bismarck Civic Center: Bowen Ave. will be closed Wednesday, February 5th through Saturday, February 15th, due to upcoming events.
Via the press release, provided by the Bismarck Civic Center:
Bowen Ave. will be closed Wednesday, February 5 at 3 pm and will reopen on Saturday, February 15 by 10 pm. This closure is to accommodate the Xtreme Bulls, PRCA Rodeo, Agri-International and State Wrestling events occurring at the Bismarck Civic Center.
