Bomb Threat Empties Bismarck Walmart Locations

The call came in late Saturday evening, July 30th, and it cleared out two big box stores in Bismarck.

Both the north and south Bismarck Walmart locations had to be cleared just before 8 p.m. Saturday night because of false bomb threats.

According to the Bismarck Police Department, the false calls came from outside the state.

Bismarck Police evacuated and then swept both locations searching for explosives. Nothing was found and the stores resumed normal activates about an hour later.
