The Dakota Bowl is going to feature a lot of Bismarck flavor, as both Bismarck High and St. Mary's picked up wins last night to advance to the state championship.

The Bismarck Demons managed to hold off Century 14-10, behind 237 rushing yards from tailback Ricardo Galindo. This win was the Demons 28th in a row. They'll look for #29 this Friday night when they take on Fargo South at the Fargo Dome. Kickoff is slated for 6:40pm.

St. Mary's, meanwhile, relied on their defense to secure a 12-10 win over Fargo Shanley. Noah Krebs forced a fumble, which he then turned into a touchdown to help lead the Saints to a birth in the Dakota Bowl. They'll take on #2 seed Wahpeton Friday afternoon at 3pm.

There is still a chance to see one more Bismarck team make it to Fargo. Shiloh Christian hosts Westhope-Newburg-Glenburn later this afternoon. You can hear all of the action on Cool 98.7 or Cool987fm.com.
