In what could be described as the biggest news to ever hit the beer world, Anheuser-Busch InBev has agreed to purchase SABMiller for a reported $104 billion.

According to CNN Money, Anheuser-Busch InBev will offer SABMiller shareholders $67.59 per share.

The deal still has to be approved by regulators, but if it does go through, the new super brewery will control nine of the world's top 20 beers, with sales estimated at $55 billion.

SABMiller had reportedly turned down four previous offers from Anheuser-Busch InBev, according to CNN Money.

Because the deal was just announced, there is no word on how this might affect things in the United States, though it is assumed that the two companies would have to sell off some American assets for the deal to go through.
