All City Halloween Party Spooking up Fun on Friday, October 28th

The huge Halloween holiday is just around the corner and so is the All-City Halloween Party set for Friday, October 30th. The party is a great warm up for Halloween with the annual Bismarck Parks and Recreation All City Halloween Party at the World War Memorial building.

Children from pre-school to 5th grade are invited to come out in costume for and evening of fun, games and prizes.

The event is from 6-8 p.m. at the World War Memorial Building and admission is $1 per person, adults are free.
