With the Electronic Entertainment Expo (aka E3) happening this week, there has been a lot of news about new video games, continuations of classic franchises and new technology. Mad Max is one such video game making waves.

A trailer for the Mad Max video game has just premiered and thanks to great visuals and a rocking soundtrack provided by AC/DC’s song “Hells Bells," it has internet bloggers in general agreement that the game is looking to be pretty badass. Check out the trailer above.

The Mad Max video game comes out Sept. 1 on various formats, including PS4 and Xbox One. Check out more info on the game at its official website.

Rock music and video games have a long history together. System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian created the score for the video game Morning Star back in 2012. Last year, Avenged Sevenfold took things a step further and released a video game of their own called Hail to the King. Musicians have even made appearances in video games, Kurt Cobain’s likeness was included in Guitar Hero 5, James Hetfield’s avatar was in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 HD game and Steven Tyler appeared in Revolution X. AC/DC are getting ready to head out on a North American tour in August. The group will start things off in Foxborough, Mass., on Aug. 22 and will tour the United States and Canada through a Sept. 28 gig in Los Angeles.
