A Chicken Wing Shortage Expected For the Super Bowl

You better start stocking up on your chicken wings now...Because in a little over a week, you may be S.O.L. That's what the National Chicken Council is saying, at least.

The National Chicken Council is warning that, because of low production, only 1.23 billion wings will be eaten this year. Sounds like a lot, right? Well, that's 12.3 million FEWER than last year! There have actually been 1% fewer chickens produced this year over last year, due to high corn and feed prices.

So, if you plan on throwing that big Super Bowl party in a week or so...You may want to stock up on the wings now. You and I both know it isn't a Super Bowl party without wings. You don't want to disappoint your friends, do you? Exactly.
