If you'll recall, one of last week's biggest stories was 7-year old cancer patient Jack Hoffman running in a touchdown during the Nebraska Cornhuskers spring football game. Hoffman became an instant celebrity, with over 7 million YouTube hits, and has been the "Best of the Best" on ESPN's SportsCenter for awhile now. Well, things just got better for Jack, as he now has his own rookie card.

As awesome as it is that Jack has his own rookie card, you won't be able to find it in any packs. Upper Deck only produced a few for Jack to sign for charity.

Here's what Upper Deck had to say about the card:

“Jack is the type of inspirational athlete who absolutely deserves an Upper Deck rookie card,” said Chris Carlin, Upper Deck’s sports marketing manager. “Jack had a larger than life moment on the field that day for Nebraska which is why Upper Deck is creating a limited number of promotional blow-up rookie cards for Jack to sign and use for charitable purposes. Upper Deck is proud to play a small role increasing awareness in Jack’s cause and we are excited to be a part of ‘Team Jack!’”
