US 103-3 and Hot 97-5 are proud to be a part of the 5th  annual Optimist Club of Bismarck's Easter Egg Hunt.  The event is coming up on  Sunday, April 10 at 1:30 pm at the North Dakota Capitol Grounds Lawn.

This is a FREE event open to kids aged 10 and younger.  The "egg-citement" will begin at 1:30 pm.  The first hunt will be for kids 3 years of age and younger.  The next egg hunt will begin at 2:00 pm for kids aged 4 to 6 years old.  The 3rd and final Easter egg hunter will start at 2:30 pm for children between 7 and 9 years old.  You are asked to please arrive 30 minutes prior to your Easter egg hunt to pre-register.

The Bismarck Optimist club will have over 12,000 eggs for several hundred kids to hunt down.  Once again this year, they've broken up this year's hunt into three different times to make it as safe as possible for everyone.  Easter bags will be provided by the Optimist Club or you can bring your own from home.

US 103-3 & Hot 97-5 will be live and on location for this event.  We'll be playing music to keep the event hoppin', handing out prizes and more candy for the kids!  Be sure to join us for this FREE event and Happy Easter!  We greatly appreciate all of the volunteer support from our Optimist Club which makes this such a fun and egg-citing event for the community.

The North Dakota State Capitol is located at 600 E Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501.

LOOK: Milestones in women's history from the year you were born

Women have left marks on everything from entertainment and music to space exploration, athletics, and technology. Each passing year and new milestone makes it clear both how recent this history-making is in relation to the rest of the country, as well as how far we still need to go. The resulting timeline shows that women are constantly making history worthy of best-selling biographies and classroom textbooks; someone just needs to write about them.

Scroll through to find out when women in the U.S. and around the world won rights, the names of women who shattered the glass ceiling, and which country's women banded together to end a civil war.
