318 South 5th Street Construction – Any Guess What’s Coming?

On an already sun-splashed early Wednesday morning, I took a ride towards the Bismarck Event Center - with the warmth of the rising sun, I took some pictures of progress underway - The strip mall at 318 South 5th Street is methodically being torn down. If anyone knows what will be built on this land in the near future, they are not saying yet.
