Whenever a person hits the ripe ol' age of 100, people starting asking what their key to long life is. I don't plan on making it that far so I'll tell you how 101-year old Staten Island resident Nancy Lamperti did it.

Lamperti was born in Italy in 1912 and moved to the United States in 1927. Her day usually starts at 5am, with a cup of coffee. For lunch, it's a sandwich, banana, and a couple of glasses of wine. At 4pm, it's time to hit the hard stuff so Lamperti has a glass of Southern Comfort. At 6pm, it's time for a night cap...A can of Budweiser. By 10pm, it's lights out.

101-years old and she consistently has four drinks per day...And, we're not talking fruity, lady drinks. This woman downs a glass of SoCo a day. If I'm going to take life advice from anyone, it's going to by Nancy Lamperti.

Pass me the Southern Comfort...Let's get this show on the road!
