If your dream has always been to own a ghost town and you have $250,000 lying around, have I got a deal for you!

A 6-acre ghost town about 100 miles southeast of Rapid City, South Dakota is up for sale for just $250,000 and comes complete with its own bar!

Swett is located in Bennett County, along U.S. Highway 18, and was previously owned by Lance Benson. Benson acquired the town in 1998, lost it in a divorce settlement, and then regained it in 2012. Benson put the town up for sale in 2014 for $399,000, according to Wikipedia.

Stacie Montgomery is the realtor in charge of selling Swett and she claims that she's had a few offers to buy the town since she first put it up for sale, according to InForum. Unfortunately, those deals fell through, leading Montgomery to lower the price to $250,000.

If you were to buy Swett, you'd not only receive the town bar, the Swett Tavern, but you'd also receive a brand new town sign, courtesy of the state of South Dakota. The previous sign was riddled with bullet holes, because, of course it was.
