WWE’s Doink the Clown Dead at 55

Sad news to report in the wrestling world, as former WWE Superstar Matt Osborne, aka Doink the Clown, was found dead today at the age of 55.

TMZ is reporting that Osborne was found dead in his girlfriend's home. The cause of death is not yet known.

According to Doink the Clown's Wikipedia page, Matt Osborne was the first and most successful wrestler to perform as Doink. Osborne left the WWE in 1993. Osborne made sporadic appearances as Doink over the years, including an appearance on Monday Night Raw in 2007.
