If you're a University of North Dakota hockey fan, you've probably seen Drake Caggiula score a highlight-reel goal or two, but, last night (1/2), he may have scored his best yet.

UND defeated Alabama-Huntsville 4-1 in Grand Forks Saturday night, January 2nd, which was exciting enough for fans of the Fighting Hawks, according to the Grand Forks Herald.

What was even more exciting was witnessing a Caggiula goal first hand, which you can see in the video above.

Caggiula's goal, and the UND win, more than made up for the fact that UND goalie Cam Johnson's shutout streak of 298 minutes and 25 seconds ended on a deflected pass with just a few seconds left to go in the first period.

Caggiula is a senior this season and went undrafted, meaning he will be a free agent once his collegiate career wraps up.
