Train Conductor’s Kick Potentially Saved Selfie-Taking Teen’s Life [VIDEO]

By now, you've all seen the video of Canadian teenager Jared Michael taking a swift kick to the head from the conductor of a passing train, all while he was trying to take a selfie. Turns out, though, the kick may not have been malicious at all.

Watch and listen to the video closely. You can hear the conductor yelling at Michael seconds before he delivers the kick, obviously telling him to get out of the way.

What you may also notice is that the conductor places his leg over a piece of metal that is protruding from the train, essentially saving Michael from possibly a very serious injury and maybe even death. Check out the photo below:

So, as funny as we all thought it was to see this kid take a boot to the skull, it may have also been a live-saving boot.
