If you need more proof that people can take their fandom too far, say 'hello' to Henry Damon, the man who cut off his nose and tattooed his face to look like Marvel's Red Skull.

According to Daily Mail, the 37-year old Damon had already had a few subdermal implants in his forehead, before he decided to go full-blown comic book villain.

Damon cut off part of his nose, tattooed his eyelids black, and then tattooed his entire face red and black to get the desired Red Skull look.

Damon, a huge comic book fan, decided to go through with the transformation after meeting a med-school dropout, named Emilio Gonzalez, because that makes sense. Gonzalez claims that Damon went through several physical and psychological tests before becoming one of the great Marvel villains. Sure, he did.
