Last week, Business Insider released a list of the tallest building in every state. And in comparison to the rest of the country, the tallest building in North Dakota is one of the shortest buildings in comparison to the rest of the countries tallest buildings.

It is no surprise to people who know, the North Dakota State Capital is the tallest building in the state. But compared to the rest of the states, it is ranked 47th, comparing the other states tall buildings.

The other states with shortest, tallest buildings are Vermont, South Dakota and Wyoming all have shorter buildings in relation to North Dakota.

The states with the tallest buildings in the country are-

  1. New York- One World Trade Center
  2. Illinois- Willis Tower- Chicago
  3. California- Wilshire Grand Center- Los Angeles

#47- North Dakota State Capital- Bismarck.
