THE 2nd Annual Mac And Cheese Festival Returns To BisMan

We Should call it "America's Pastime"

Yes, I know those two words refer to Baseball, however, WE have another "America's Pastime" that about 99.9 % of us have come to enjoy and WE even have a festival for it. Remember last year Bismarck enjoyed the first-ever Mac and Cheese Festival back in May at Cottonwood Park. This year our 2nd Annual is in the works and planned for May 11th, and it will be at a new location!

Get ready to have a blast and eat some delicious Mac and Cheese in Mandan!

"Funatix Events is excited to announce the
2nd annual Mac & Cheese Festival presented by Dakota
Community Bank & Trust returning on Saturday, May 11.
The event has a new location at Dykshoorn Park. The festival
will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with VIP ticket holders gaining
access one hour early, starting at 3:00 PM..."

Laughing Sun Brewing Co. from Bismarck took home the inaugural Golden Noodle Award during the 2023 Mac & Cheese Festival in Bismarck presented by Dakota Community Bank & Trust.

Their Pepper Bacon & Brisket Mac not only won over the team of judges, but it also secured the top spot in the fan vote.

MORE MAC
All-inclusive ticket packages now include two additional Mac tokens, ensuring attendees
won't leave hungry. That’s an extra 8 oz. of macaroni and cheese — and the price will
be the same as in 2023. During the first annual Mac & Cheese Festival, over 1,560 lbs
of macaroni and cheese was served.
MORE VENDORS
The competition for the title of North Dakota's best macaroni and cheese is fiercer than
ever, with invitations extended to even more vendors. Returning champion, Laughing
Sun Brewing Co., will defend its title among a diverse array of vendors, including
Udderly Amazing Treats & Eats and newcomer JD’s BBQ & Grill.

MORE FUN
Live music, a special kids zone with inflatables from Tumbling Tooties, and yard games
will ensure a day filled with entertainment. New for 2024, attendees can select their
arrival time when purchasing a ticket to enhance their festival experience.
MORE GOODIES
Attendees will receive a special wristband with mac/beer tabs and a reusable plastic
spork upon entry. VIP ticket holders will receive an exclusive special edition mac and
cheese-themed hat.
